From the first phone call, they were professional. They were able to get an inspection scheduled quickly and were very respectful to my home. The turn around time for the repair and cost was communicated clearly. This transaction went smoothly. Would definitely call again and recommend.

Randy, the Blacksmith representaive, was very friendly, helpful, and an excellent communicator of issues we had. His crew did good, effcient work, and the final product (chimmeny repair to fix a leak) looks great. A neighbor even contacted me to ask who did the work as they needed something similar done and were impressed with what they saw. Randy returned and gave the work a good inspection and looked over the rest of the roof based on several other potential issues I thought of. I would absolutely recommend him and Blacksmith for any roofing needs.

The level of detail paid to my roof replacement was above any I expected or experienced before. An employee came to the house, asked to look at my air conditioning pipes in my attic not once but three times during the process of replacing the roof on my home. Each time Randy, my main contact with the company, came to the house, he was looking at the work and checking out the process and progress. When the roof was complete, he said he'd have the guys come back because there was a piece of shingle in my gutter. That's the kind of detail they pay to every aspect of the job. Everyone is very polite

Blacksmith was fantastic to work with for our whole roof replacement project. They were incredibly responsive to every phone call and text, always on time, and installed a great roof that is already getting me a discount on my home insurance. Some slight damage was done to the gutters and siding during the installation, and Blacksmith went out of their way to ensure things were *better* than they were before. Great experience with these guys.

Steven and Randy were the best to work with! They showed me all the different options for my roof and took the extra time to explain the whole process to me. When the install crew came they were great too. They got the roof done on time. When they were done everything was perfect. I'm very happy with my new roof. Blacksmith roofing is the best!

I highly recommend Blacksmith! Randy, our project manager is professional, friendly and very responsive. We had to rebuilt the whole roof of our house because of water damage, and Randy explained every detail to us, not trying to hide anything from us like some other roofing companies could. Between the initial call, Randy's inspection and the repair, only 2 weeks have passed. His team worked all day in a 100°F weather, and did an amazing job. Thank you Randy!

They were fantastic in all phases of the project including arranging a great finance option. Very knowledgeable and professional. Communication was terrific. Photos before during and after.
