Prestige and Brandon did our startup after a complete pool remodel. Very technical and important process to get new surface and water properly balanced. Completely knowledgeable and left us feeling confident in the process. Retained Prestige to continue forward. Very professional and comfortable to have coming to our house frequently seeing us through this process. Highly recommend.

I recently had to call prestige pool service my spa was working correctly.
Brandon came out told me it would be 125.00 to diagnose the spa.
He came out and I could tell he was uncertain of why one of the pumps wasn't working correctly. He called someone to ask him for his advice, the person on the phone, was not familiar with the problem either. Brandon told me it was the circuit board and an expensive repair. I asked him if he's wrong with that repair and it's something else do I have to pay for him being wrong he said yes. What a joke.
It was not the circuit board. Glad I didn
