We hired Rios to redo our driveway, sidewalks, small retailing wall and area leading to our backyard. It was a big project and Rios handled it professionally and efficiently. We felt that Rios gave us good advice along the way regarding drainage and aesthetics and did a very nice Salmon customization. Mauricio was easy to communicate with and kept us in the loop throughout the process. His team worked very hard the whole time!

Rios did an amazing job on our driveway. We're so happy to have it done finally and it looks incredible. The amount of work that went into it was incredible and I felt it was well worth the money! We'd had a few contractors bid for us and I'm really glad we went with Rios!
The team did an amazing job handling all the complicated cuts needed to fill around the sewer and utility access points and the ends of the driveway. Overall it looks better than I could have imagined.

We had a paver patio put in by Rios - overall, I am happy with the project / work from the team. I will provide my experience on both the estimating process and the job itself.
Upfront: Coordinating with Rios was easy. Freddie was super responsive / really friendly and was able to come by the site with 2 days to assess the project. I was expecting a response / estimate back within 1-2 days but it took more like week. I was not in a hurry with the project so this delay didn't matter too much.

They put in a patio for us over this past summer. Initially, it was great! When he came back to ensure everything was good, he mentioned that they have a warranty and if anyone sealed it outside of them it would void the guarantee/warranty on the patio. We were relieved because of course we want to go with the guys that just put in our patio to seal it! Seeing as fall was approaching and the patio needed time to cure, it would have been bad timing for the sealant.

Maurice and team did a great job! Though there was a mixup on dates, pavers were installed within the same week and project knocked out in 1 day. They removed part of our fence and cut the asphalt driveway and created a clean and open space which makes accessing our porch much easier. All the guys were friendly and hard-working. Well done!

I would highly recommend. These guys are friendly, listened to what we wanted and finished a big job ahead of schedule! They respond quickly to text once you are working with them. We received three bids for this job. Rios was half of one bid and 20% less than the other. We're so glad we went with Rios; Mauricio was great to work with! He handled our concerns in a professional manner, and communicated schedules to us. He even let us know when he was running a little late -- this hasn't been the norm with other contractors we've hired. We would work with him again in a heartbeat. There was a miscommunication about our path on the side, and he didn't have to honor the change we requested but he sent someone the very next day -- a Saturday -- so the job would

Mauricio and his team did a terrific job updating our front walkways and adding a new paver walkway in the back of our house. We were out of town when they started their work and Mauricio kept me updated with pictures via text. They were really easy work with, and gave great advice. Removal of outdated cement patio. We had new pavers installed to replace the old patio as well as new steps and new lower patio. We agree with previous reviews. The crew showed up every day and worked hard until the job was complete. The job was finished earlier than expected. The crew was professional, polite. Mauricio was always quick to respond to a phone call. Our new patio turned out beautiful. We would recommend this company to anyone needing this type of work.
