Company founder Jim Kubasta is an active member in the Winnebago Home Builders Association (WHBA), and was voted 1998, 2003, and 2010 Builder of the Year. He is also very active in the Wisconsin Builders Association (WBA), and in 2010 he served as President. In 2015, He was the Wisconsin Builder's Association Builder of the Year.

Kuba is awesome. This is a trust worthy company that looks out for the best of his clients. He went out of his way for many things for us. We ran into issues with the subdivision developer and he was always in contact with us on what was happening. I truly recommend Kuba and his tremendous work for any of your home building needs.
