I used them twice before in the last 5 years no issues, I tried using them again this week and they just dropped the ball multiple times. Starting with whoever is answering the phone now. Dude sounds asleep every time he answered! I called at 9:15am to schedule a service the guy tells me they'll be here next day early afternoon. Following day I text him at noon for an ETA, no reply. I call around 2pm and the same guy who had "scheduled" me for a pump service acts like we never talked before. What really gets under my skin is that he tried to turn the conversation on me, the customer

I reached out to Action Pro Service to get a tank inspection on a home I'm purchasing. Communication seemed great initially but fell apart at some point. They had pretty good reviews so I was surprised. I received necessary documentation from the seller and sent it in. They told me they would be out in a few days and the tech would call to confirm everything. Since I was on a time crunch I called and text the main number several times with no response. Granted this was amidst the covid-19 madness so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it fell through. I ended up proceeding with another

A Sunday that started as a stinker, ended in success! Due to a clog, our septic started to back-up into our home. I knew that we required service ASAP. My anxiety started to build after being told by the first 2 places that I called, that the earliest possible service would be Monday. I called Action Septic and to my surprise, Gary answered! He had his guys out within the hour. They were very patient and professional. They explained the issue to us and within a couple hours our issue was resolved and Action Septic gained a repeat customer. I highly recommend them!

Called several companies and liked talking with Gary at Action Septic Pro. Gave me a quote of $349 to pump 1,000 gal tank (no hose fee, etc. like other companies do). Thought it would be a couple of days out since it was just maintenance and not an emergency. I was shocked when at 5 PM Gary asked, "Would tomorrow be good for you?"

Ken and his helper were amazing today. They were very professional and made me feel comfortable with what they were doing. They fully explained the process and the cost was very reasonable for the work required. I would recommend them to anyone. I will say the only issue I had was when I called the office. It was a little odd and made me question if I was okay.

I wish I had read the previous review, because I agree whole heartedly with it. They didn't listen, charged us for the most expensive services (which in hindsight we realized we didn't need), upped the charges after the work was started, and didn't itemize the additional charges (which I specifically asked him to do). When I called Gary the next morning to ask him about the additional charges, he asked me to send him a copy of the invoice, which I did, and he never got back to me!!! If you want to be disrespected, ignored and overcharged hire them. If not, stay far far

I called and spoke to Gary (the owner) on June 25. He told me someone would be out between 12-3 that day. Never came so I called at 6 and was told they got held up on a job but would be at my house around 7:30. Never showed up. Got a text from Jamie the tech at 9:30 saying he had trouble with his truck and could still come out. Really that late. I said no and he said I promise I will be there tomorrow June 26 between 9:00 - 10:00 am. I 12 noon I called him and he said I'll be on the way shortly. I called him back at 1:00 and said don't come but he was near so we let him come. He pumped
