Joe Prendki is a native Houstonian and a resident of Houston for over 50 years. Through years of hard work in the construction field, he knows and understands what is important to the customer. Don't look for high pressure selling here. This is not a giant company that carries large overhead and requires large margins.
Your patio cover should be built with the absolute best possible materials and constructed to meet or exceed current building standards. An attached patio cover always has a "Load Bearing Wall", which supports the weight of the roof and gives the patio cover its structural integrity. An improperly constructed load bearing wall can cause roofs and ceilings to sag, finishes to crack, generate leaks and cause the entire structure to collapse.

Our outdoor kitchens are constructed with only the highest quality materials. We build with 1" or 1-1/4" 14 gauge galvanized square tubing galvanized steel framing. Square tubing construction is "WELDED" for the absolute strongest frame you can get. Galvanized steel framing construction we use 3 times as many steel than most contractors in the industry.

Long, frustrating experience. Failed an inspection and lied about why (I called and talked to the inspector, who explained to me the patio was not being built according to the drawings submitted). The contractor had previously submitted the drawings to the City without my prior approval, and they were in violation of our contract due to specifying inferior products (e.g., lower quality of concrete). I made him resubmit these in accordance with the contract.
