The whole crew was very friendly and knowledgeable in the work they did here, I can do this stuff myself but lack time and proper tools... they beat my expectations Inwoukd use then abytime. Also love the fact of no sales pitch or pushing me into a sale. Strait forward and honest.

If you want your job done right and to be able to deal with someone who is honest and ethical, Tommy is your guy. His guys are awesome. Trust me coming from a contractor background I expect a lot from them and am most of the times disappointed with the lack of communications and customer service and that is absolutely not a problem with these guys. I appreciate the fact that they do what they say they will do when they say they will do it and if there is an issue they work through it. They would rather do work at a loss on jobs than to lose their reputation which is obviously important to them

Kyle and his crew arrived on Thursday the replace the windows in home , they started in our bedrooms and returned on Friday to complete the job . The windows look great and we cannot hear the noise from the outside anymore . Kyle and crew where very courteous and friendly and very professional and answered any questions my wife or I had . They covered everything that they worked around and cleaned up afterwards very good . Thank You Jeff and Carol Hoffman ,Bowling Green Ohio

Kyle and his crew came out to our home in January and installed 3 brand new windows for us. They were professional, neat, and had great communication with us. Fast forward to May I had an issue closing the window, when I called Kyle was out to our house in no time to "fix" the issue, turns out I didn't fully know how to operate my windows. Kyle was very helpful and very polite, he showed me what I didn't know how to operate on the window. We are very happy with choosing Bishops Home Improvement!
