We had recent storm damage to three tall arborvitae. They were right next to the house and laying on top of our patio table and fountain. It wasn’t an emergency, but we wanted them taken as soon as possible. I made several calls and many services weren’t even answering their phones and many of those who did never came over as promised.When we called Potters, they answered their phone and politely told us that Bill would return our call. We sent Bill pictures and he was there the next day.The price was fair and they did a nice job of cleaning up. We will have them back to remove the stumps and

They came out and gave me a quote for a project. I called the following day to schedule service for the quote provided. When I attempted to schedule something, he only said he would call me back with a time and date. A week later, I never heard back, so I again called to schedule. He again was unable to commit to a time and date, but stated he would be able to come out and do the work the following week. He again told me he would call me back to confirm. The Potters have always been incredibly reliable since we moved to Brookfield ten years ago. They have removed five trees on our property. They are ALWAYS the least expensive, most responsive, and easiest to communicate with. I have no idea why these other people are complaining, these guys are flat out the best in the area and I refer to them constantly.

I have been calling them for about 8 weeks to come out to cut down a tree and grind stumps that they did give an estimate for. They were supposed to come three weeks ago, and haven't. When I call, the voicemail box is full so I can't leave a message. Don't waste your time if you need something down reliably and on time.
