They have done repair work on my firebox, flashing around the chimney, installed a new top mounted damper for my fire place, and preformed an annual cleaning. I have nothing bad to say about them.

There's always something I find that I'm not satisfied with when hiring contractors, but with the Chimney Doctor that's not the case. EVEYTHING was done correctly and you can tell it's done by someone who cares about the quality of their work. The fireplace and area surrounding it was just as clean if not cleaner

We had been having our chimney cleaned every year not realizing that the person doing it was doing an awful job and our creosote had built up terribly because of it. We called Jeff and he got out to our house within a week or so and our chimney is now clean and we feel safe to burn fires! They did a fabulous job and would highly recommend.

Jeff came out to our house yesterday to quote some repair work to get our fireplace and chimney working. He was extremely punctual and professional. He did not try to upsell anything or pressure us into making any decisions. He was honest with us as far as what work NEEDED to be done to get our equipment working vs. what was unnecessary (things that other companies completely gouged us on in their quotes). The work he recommended doing was more in depth and actually addressed solving the problem as opposed to just covering it up like other companies have proposed but even with the extra work involved
