It was founded by a local Syracuse University Graduate with backgrounds encompassing Construction and Business Management. We utilize those skill sets to form a remodeling company with a high level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.

A few hundred dollars throughout the year for upkeep can save thousands in the long run by preventing larger, more costly repairs. Maintanence also allows you to identify HVAC systems, like water heaters & furnaces, that may be at the end of there life.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the renovation completed by Kelly and his team. The workers were prompt, respectful and very professional. Having others within your home could be an uncomfortable experience but we were immediately put at ease and appreciated how respectful the team was. Our project included adding a master bath, a walk in closet and an office area. All aspects were completed with the highest level of craftsmanship. We are very happy with the finished product and would not hesitate to use their services again.

We hired Seven Valley to replace our front door (incl side-lites) and add on a columned portico over my front porch. This included demo and re-pour of a larger concrete porch slab to accommodate the portico. Kelly and his team were friendly, professional and capable. Their work on the portico was excellent, including things like sheet metal that had to be precisely custom-bent and cut for the job. They also added a storm door which the front door had not been manufactured to accommodate. Any issues were identified and satisfactorily resolved. In some cases, it was Seven Valley who pointed out,

I don't usually post ANYTHING. But after the job this company did on my bathroom, I had to say something. The Company is Seven Valley Home Renovations. I am so VERY happy with the final results, I had to post pictures and their card. The price was reasonable but the workmanship was fantastic. They went down to the studs and replaced everything. Very, Very Happy. Hope this helps others when looking for renovations.

I've used Seven Valley for the past 2 years for some projects and would highly recommend Kelly for his outstanding work, his workers are always on time his prices are very reasonable and he's very easy to reach, he replies to all my messages and inquiries and he's extremely dependable. I had a couple of projects this year and I didn't call anyone else but him. He really is outstanding and stands by his work.

We contacted Kelly at Seven Valley Home Renovations unsure about the options for our front porch and door project and with very little idea about what could even be done. Kelly guided us through designing the project, choosing materials and making a great plan. We went from having no vision for our porch to knowing exactly what to expect and being excited to see it come to fruition.

I'm editing this review, because Google was not letting me add a new one. Add another great job at my house from Seven Valley. They just finished replacing rotten siding on my house, and did a great job. I'm very happy. This is the third time I have used them, as they also replaced a skylight for me over the summer. Highly recommend.

Very fortunate to have found Seven Valley in Clipper Magazine. Kelly and his team were extremely professional, courteous, and hard working. We were nervous about taking down a load bearing wall in our newly purchased home but they made the process super seamless, even when we made a last minute decision to change the height of the beam. We were so happy with their work we had them remodel a bathroom as well. Their prices were very reasonable and Kelly’s honesty and transparency was very refreshing. They will definitely be our go-to for future projects.

Kelly and the guys from Seven Valley were great to work with, polite, smart, and honest. Kelly, the owner is easy to work with and has great ideas. We had a deck installed, and he was very up front with me even when we had a few setbacks which were out of his hands. I would certainly hire him for other jobs around my house. Highly recommended.

I have to say, I was incredible happy with the professionalism and quality of workmanship that Seven Valley Home Renovations provided. The construction industry is in desperate need of more companies like this. The Owner Kelly was easy to talk to and always available when we needed something or had additional questions. The horror stories you hear about contractors now days and being new home owners, my wife and I feel very lucky to have found these guys. The foreman Mike was awesome to deal with and made sure the site was cleaned thouroghly every day which meant a lot to my wife. Will def use
