I contacted them to do some work in my house. I need some drywall work done, fixing cracks in my walls and fixing nail pops and some other things, calking around bay windows and I wanted an estimate for a Deck. I just wanted a quote, I was asked if I think the work would cost at least $2,000.00. I have no idea what the cost would be, that is why I wanted a quote. So he said they would not come out unless the work is at least $2,000 or more. So I said that is okay, I felt they did not want to come out and do the work. I wanted an estimate on things needed to be done. I have a lot of things I want

Apex Remodeling is an A+ BBB-rated, MHIC-licensed construction contractor that deserves that rating. Henry Del Valle, the Lead Estimator; and Mike Potts, the Estimator/Production Manager, did a superb job of estimating the garage repair that I needed (my drywall ceiling had fallen out) and managing the work done in four days. The work done was perfect. Both Henry and Mike supervised the job closely and visited me afterward to insure that I was satisfied with the work. They were also very helpful and informative in dealing with my homeowners insurance company, which proved to be rather balky in

I signed a contract in August for rehanging gutters and adding downspouts to improve water flow at our vacation home. The contract also included Champion Gutter Screens (which Mr del Valle demonstrated for us to convince us of the superior performance). AT the time of signing, I was told that the job would be completed within the next few weeks. I essentially got the run around for 3 months with excuses as to why the job could not be completed. Then I was told that Henry had subcontracted my job to another company. This also dragged on for 3-4 weeks. I finally threatened to hire another

Henry talks a great talk but that's about it.

I hired him to paint all the walls for my first floor, he appeared confident that his job would be the best (hence why it's called APEX remodeling)... the quality of the finished product was mediocre but he charged for a high end product. There are a few areas where it looks like they didn't use tape to separate different colors since some of the walls have bleed over from other walls

His painters left marks on my walls from their latters and scratched several parts of my hardwood floor. I pointed out these issues to him when he came

I used them again! That Trick named Sandy messed up my windows and some other things. I researched and got several estimates - thanks for my retired parents -specifically my Mommy who is always there to meet the contractors. Hey, she's not on YELP, but GOD I am blessed with the BEST.

Apex came through once again. I had them fix my window areas that had lots of water damage, had all windows recaulked, had a peep hole put in my door(wtheck - why did I not have a peep hole for over 10 years - that ish cray!!!!), and install a new toilet. I don't want to talk about the toilet, but I
