Fortunately, I have never had to use ServPro for my home, but I am a member of Rotary Club of Washington Township. The club had flags that we would use for parades, fundraising events, etc. The flags were seriously damaged by water and were covered in mold. They smelled awful too! The club thought we would have to throw them all away - that is how bad they were. However, ServPro took them and cleaned them all up. The flags now look new!! We couldn't believe it! They got out the horrible smell too. Also, ServPro is a member of the Rotary so you know they support the community as well.

AMAZING CREW!!! Fantastic service ... Glen and his crew team were wonderful , extremely knowledgable & professional ... they removed water from carpet n padding , dry wall, cabinets ... without any smell left

I called ServPro when I discovered water in my basement. Mike Williams showed up 20 minutes later and did a full assessment. He worked with me on the estimate and was knowledgeable. The next thing I knew, four employees were being directed to cut out drywall, place air movers and dehumidifiers, and vacuum up water. The basement was dry by that evening. ServPro's crews came out two more times to check on the property and do a full cleaning and disinfection of the floors. Every employee I encountered was polite and hard-working.
