If you want to be frustrated by inadequate customer service only to have someone cancel in the middle of performing a job then by all means use this company. They took on a job for me and then quit half way through secondary to inadequate understanding of the problem and miscommunication. Steer far away from this company. They try to overcharge and then get visibly angry when you ask about pricing. Very unfortunate experience.

Had Charles come out 3/30/14 to have 8 trees cut down ten feet from the ground and three lower. Two are pine trees. I have gotten two other bids and their prices are in my prices range. Mckee Tree Service bid was a little over 9 grand. I asked if he over bid on purpose he gave me a whole blah blah of why the price is so high.... My opinion is the company didn't want the residential job. :(
4/1/14 UP DATE.. Work started this morning. The tree service that gave me a bid of 2,500 with a two hundred fifty grand insurance, perfect for residential. They are going to cut 6 trees and the two small ones
