This place gets two stars after the lackluster treatment I received. The first service they did was great, they showed up on time and installed all the glass pieces no problem. Only complaint then was I had to call to find out when they were going to show up. Seems to be a running theme with them.
Second time was a customer service nightmare. Had one more piece that needed to be installed at my rental property, and after a week of nothing I called to ask what's up. Turns out they hadn't even put the order in. They said they would call when they have a date setup... Another week goes by and nothing

I went in for a small ding in my window that I needed repaired. I called the day of and they said I could bring it up to be fixed or they would even come to me!! I was amazed that they offered delivery repairs but I still went up to their shop since I live right down the road. They had everything fixed in awesome time and the customer service was awesome!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!!

Marble falls glass and mirror did a great job with a bigger project, mirrors and doors for showers in a new home.... I recommend them for large projects.
However, when it came time for some smaller projects glass edges did not get polished as requested and cut both my husband and I. After returning it I had to go back and forth and contact several times to get it done right. No apologies when I expressed my frustration either. I hardly ever complain and do so in a very nice way but this experience was frustrating.

Absolute JOKE.
STAY FAR AWAY.
First, no one calls you back. This place is a disorganized JOKE. Where to begin?
First, we ordered a HUGE custom frame from Broadway Frames, who deals with these people regularly, but to hear them describe it to me, they have nothing but problems with them. Then, the frame arrives with no name on it, and NO ONE can even find the nearly $1000 order. People say they will call you back and then don't.
Then, MARIA, schedules me without my knowledge for an install before I even have the mounting hardware, and of course I have to cancel because I am unprepared, through

This company is crooked. This was a few years ago. They gave an estimate for a broken window. We agreed and they did the work. Then 2 weeks later called and said it was way more expensive and my husband paid them $300 more.
They’re lucky I didn’t answer the phone. I would have told them to pound sand.

Very unprofessional company, will not use them again! After sending measurements for the small custom pieces of glass I needed cut for an aquarium lid I was told the measurements would be too difficult to figure out and was asked to bring in a template of the piece I needed. (Seriously a glass company who can't work off of measurements???) We cut the template out of plexi and brought it into the store. I asked if the glass could be cut asap and they assured me it would be done in a day or two.
Nearly a week later after calling a couple times and not getting a hold of anyone I finally was told

In Lago Vista, (28 miles) had a broken 8 ft. patio glass door (I cracked it removing the 1965 tint in 2013, and (plans were to install brand new vinyl doors but remodeling is taking longer and more $) so finally got tired of looking at it and got 2 quotes-Marble Falls Glass was more reasonable!) The guy came to measure, got the invoice to order the glass (50% down very reasonable). Glass arrived, two guys came, removed, installed, and due to old house, they had to go the 2nd mile to trim the frame to install it. So happy now that I don't have to look at the enormous crack when I look at the lake

If I could give negative 100 stars, I would. My experience with this company has been absolutely ATROCIOUS!
On April 28th 2020 my shattered RV window was dropped off by a local RV repair company, who has taken RV windows to Marble Falls Glass and Mirror for the last several years.
It took MFGM FOUR MONTHS to complete this job!
First, I was told Covid was responsible for the delay.
Then I was told the new pane of glass had shattered 4 times, and it took 3 weeks of shipping to get another sheet.
The RV repair folks were told the installer had put the pane of glass in wrong the first time, then
