Fair and accurate quote was given. Employees showed up on time and exceeded my expectations. They covered my machinery with plastic, worked around personal belongings too hard to move (something I was very concerned about making me feel at ease). Were very professional and thorough, and cleaned up when they were finished. Answered all my questions. Can easily recommend their services. Polite, timely, fair and accurate. Even got me in ahead of scheduled time. Thanks again to Brian, Devin and Rick!

I didn't hire them because they were the cheapest, but they were, however the owner/estimator was very personable and timely and the crew was able to show up in a few days and were very polite. They looked at the job, answered my questions, insulated, cleaned up, I paid them and all is well. I did get two other estimates amongst theirs and the first one started out over twice as much and when I didn't bite on that they started giving discounts until they were down to about 50% above his and as the first quote I'm happy I didn't jump on the fake savings and spend too much. We were so pleased with the Service from Airtight Insulation. We shopped around and felt they were the friendliest and made our large job affordable. They blew insulation in our walls and sprayed in areas in our Michigan basement. There is already such a noticible difference. If you are thinking of adding insulation I highly recommend it and highly recommend them! Well worth the money.

They never completed my project refused to return saying if he had to come back he was going to charge me 500$ just to return to look . I have called several times to try and resolve this issue. I’m still in process or trying to get a resolution and response ! I paid for a full hose insulation and they only completed first floor ... started second floor but ran out of material and never returned !!!!!
