I want to give a shout out to big red box. Working as a residential roofing contractor I work at a fast pace. It is important to be able to complete the job and get off site. Working with this company I am not just on a list and they will get me whenever. They are responsive and give solid times on pickups. In the Myrtle beach area driver Ray calls me personally and goes out of his way to make my job run smooth. Other waste company’s I am not able to give a solid time to property managers on pick times.

Many dumpster companies have hidden fees and service charges, Then you have to spend time on automated hold and fight with someone who is not your service rep. Big Red Box was able to provide a quote that remained the same throughout our agreement. We had a difficult site and the drivers were very skilled and able to place the dumpster where we needed it. The unit came and left on the days promised. Its refreshing to work with those who come through during difficult situations and charge what they say its going to cost.

My 1st and last time my bill went from 465 to them adding a extra 388 a month later saying I went over my 2ton. When I ordered the largest dumpster they have the sales person lead me wrong. Can someone show me how 2tons look in a 30 yard dumpster because I know I didn't load 6tons of trash in there. I guess this how they make there money over charging people.
