Let me start by saying this is by far the best home improvement experience I've had!! I wanted to redo my entire backyard and driveway since I've been working from home due to COVID and spend so much time in my yard now. Flawless Masonry replaced our driveway/sidewalk/walkway. The rep was helpful and responsive including quick response to several changes and advised how to properly file with the Highway Department. I'm not entirely sure where to begin with this review so I'm just going to go ahead and jump in. I own a brick quadplex that had front steps leading down to the driveway (parking lot in the back) with raised garden beds (that could barely grow anything because it was north facing and someone had thrown construction debris inside the bed itself. The stairs (brick) were in bad shape and looked like it had been a DIY project. This contractor was late for the appointment to give me a quote and wasted my time. He spent less then 2 minutes on the consultation and didn't recommend any options. Just rushed through the walk through and gave me a random number (overstated) with out any details. He made it quite obvious he was not interested in doing the job. Stated a quote would be emailed to me but never followed up. I would NOT recommend this company. Quite unprofessional and they don't value new customers or referrals.

Flawless Masonry exceeded my expectations. I worked with Devin to get the details on a simple 600sqft patio with border. Him and the crew came in the morning, worked super hard all day and completed the whole project by the afternoon. They also brought me a sample of the color stone I wanted to my home so I could see how I liked it with my siding. We also had the option to go to a show room to see other samples. Devin and his crew did an amazing job ripping out my old patio(15 feet by 45 feet and approximately 3 feet high of concrete ) and installed light piers, Pool coping, paving stones, stairs, fire pit, and a huge retaining wall as I live on a corner property that is higher than the sidewalk. Devin was very responsive from the beginning to the end. On his initial visit he looked everything over and answered all of my questions in addition to giving me some ideas. He took some time to take some measurements and a few days later he sent a computer design of our patio and we were floored.
