Offering a "1 stop shop restoration experience" has always been the focus of MD Restoration which is owned by the Harris Family (Husband and wife Mark (Mid Pac 92') and Arlene (Mckinley 93') with their four kids Taylor, Christopher, Samantha and Matthew). We had a tub overflow in the evening and MD Restoration was a preferred vendor in our building. We called them and they came through.... The overflow went right out into the doorway of the bathroom. It took them about 3 hours to evaluate and set up 4 fans and 1 giant humidifier. They advised us that we should be staying at a hotel in order to let the place dry out. (Although it was just the bathroom). They stuck the humidifier about 4 ft from the bathroom door, in the middle of the living room. The next morning they came back and said it was still wet! MD Restoration is a great company, I offer them my highest recommendation. Do not call anyone else. MD Restoration will respond within an hour, they are prompt, well trained, courteous and knowledgeable. They save our home.
Early in December with the thunderstorms the storm drains back flowed and in a short 10 minutes our backyard went from a few inches of ponding to 8 inches of water inside our home.
The next day we called MD Restoration. What a lifesaver. Yonelle and Chris were here in less than an hour (after being told by another company that they were too busy to send out a team).

When my water heater sprung a leak, MD Restoration was there to clean up and dry out all my walls before any mold could start. Paul and Ryan were knowledgable and friendly. The techs: Yonell, AJ and Jerald were very helpful. Yonell would check in daily and when she was here she had professionalism, personality and efficiency down to a science. Highly recommend! I had a completely positive experience working with MD Restoration to have my sofa upholstery cleaned. I would not hesitate to recommend their services. The carpet cleaning manager, Paul Kaminaka was helpful, responsive , and very pleasant. Russall and Mark were the restoration technicians who performed the cleaning. Best experience I've had in hiring a service company (note: I have extensive experience in the commercial contract cleaning field here in Hawaii...as well as commercial/industrial chemical sales).
Hired MD to clean carpets and upholstered chairs in a doctors office, and now three months later carpets are still remarkably clean with continued medium foot traffic. This clearly demonstrates not only MD's thorough initial cleaning, but (VERY IMPORTANT AND FANTASTIC) their process left no noticeable soil attracting residue.

Five stars to russall and Marc. They came out to do deep clean my couch on 11/5 and did an amazing job. There were two deep marks on my ottoman that I couldn't get out but they got it out. I should start by saying that I have been in the restoration industry for the past 18 years. I recently moved to Oahu and needed my upholstery cleaned. I contacted MD restoration and was told Paul the manager would call me back... to my surprise, he did within 5 minutes!!! I was impressed. I sent him photos of my furniture and he gave me a quote and scheduled me for the following week! Wow, that's great service! Then the day before they were scheduled to come, Paul called to confirm! We scheduled a carpet cleaning with MD Restoration after a recommendation from a friend, and it was great. Russall Okamura is the agent that came to our house. We were referred to MD from our building management, who also had a Covid disinfection done.
Troy was very responsive and took the time to address all of our questions and concerns promptly.
We had wanted to disinfect our office ASAP after we had a staff member test positive for COVID, and once we had the contracts signed, we were able to get an appointment for the next day. Unfortunately due to building miscommunication and traffic conditions, we couldn't secure the loading dock parking so we had to reschedule. The team made extra effort to look for alternate parking

Simple, Need the best carpet cleaners? Call MD Restoration. I thought I was impressed by that huge carpet cleaning machine in the van that heats water up to a boiling point and sends that through hoses into your home and the super suction power that sends all that dirt and grime back to the van. Then I was able to watch the two men that came to perform the cleaning. Russell and Mark, Mahalo's for an outstanding job well done. They were slow and meticulous in doing a good job even trying harder on those Stubborn stains. Courteous with a smile. Finally found the company I will use from now on

Earlier today I had the pleasure of meeting Russall and Mark from MD Restoration Hawai'i. They were on time, professional and quite efficient and thorough in their work to clean the carpeting of a one bedroom apartment. The carpet is relatively new, about a year old yet the amount of dirt extracted by looking at the residual water was astounding; it was quite black.
Paul, their manager was able to arranged the appointment immediately and he was courteous and professional on scheduling since we were trying to move in a new tenant.

MD restoration came to clean my carpets. They were so friendly and efficient! They called the day before to confirm my appointment and on the day of cleaning they called to say they were on their way and actually showed up early. Russall gave me all the info on what they would be doing and how long it world take. First vacuum, then prep, then extract any yuckiness in the carpets. Then add deodorizer. When they were done, Paul showed me all the gunk they pulled out. It was unbelievable what came out! They were done in 1.5 hours and now my carpets are super fresh! I definitely recommend them for

The team was dispatched and arrived in a flash. I say "team" because that is exactly who showed up. At least four vans and 5 or 6 guys. (There were so many people and I wasn't thinking straight.) They immediately assessed the situation and went straight to work.
Water was vacuumed up and dryers were put in place.
Over the next week, while my place was drying out, I was in constant contact with Troy Chikazawa, the project manager
