I had a lock on a dispatch case that I asked them to make a key for. They said the lock was broken. When I returned home I took the lock to pieces and it was clear from the dirt inside the lock that no one had even looked at it. The lock was fine. It just needed a key. I called back to ask to speak to the person who looked at the lock. I was told that it was the Manager and that he was not available. When I asked when he would be available they told me they did not know and that there was nothing they could do for me and hung up on me when I was speaking to them. I was very polite. They made no

These guys were great at helping us replace a lock on a historic old home. The process was a little complicated, but they were great at walking me through buying parts and helping me find the best fit for our door. They did a fantastic job with installation. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable, and did a great job installing a new lock while maintaining the appearance and character of a 75+ year old door.

They cancelled my appointment that was made day prior. The locks were being changed due to a security issue with someone that could be possible dangerous. They offered a morning time slot. It was already explained that I work during this time and could not get the day off. They said earliest they could do was Monday. As a prior customer that has used them three times in the past with two different properties. I felt let down and dismissed in a time of need. I used to recommend them to people. I will no longer recommend their services to anyone.

Called on a Monday and was able to schedule someone to come out the next day to assess/repair a broken lock, replace some hardware on another door, and re-key everything. Marty called with an ETA and showed up right on-time. Clear communication regarding work to be done, all work completed within an hour, and all working perfectly. 10/10, would definitely use Hayden Safe & Lock again for anything lock-related.

Called Hayden lock on Monday to set up an appointment for Thursday. Not a problem. Asked for quote, gave it to me. Others told me can't give any pricing until see the job. Asked can you call me a half hour prior to coming so I don't have to leave work early, they did. Came in changed 6 locks, refurbished 2 locks and made 6 new keys. Extremely reasonable pricing and accepted credit cards. Will definitely use them again.

I brought in 5 locks to be rekeyed. Prices were very reasonable and the service was excellent.
The employees there were professional and friendly. While waiting for the locks to be done, I struck up a conversation with one employee who regaled me with tales of his young family. It was nice to hear some stories from his perspective as I'm a new mom myself (there with my baby).

We recently bought a home in Salem and chose to have the locks changed. I called on a Friday and was able to make an appointment for Wednesday morning. When making the appointment with Matt, and working with Adam the tech, they were professional, personable, timely, efficient and reasonably priced. These folks are helpful, personable, and honest... and their ballpark pricing estimate was very affordable. I'll definitely call them again, when any other security needs arise.
My story: I needed a 2nd key smart key made for a used vehicle I'd purchased at auction, that came with only 1 key. The nearest local licensed manufacturer dealer estimated the costs of a new key and fob at $400-500, including programming. Just crazy.When a friend recommended Hayden Lock, I called them.

This is a family run company that CARES!... seriously in todays day and age they CARE... that is huge... they have gotten me out of jams... pun intended... a few times and come on Saturday Sunday or what ever is convienient for you.... seriously if you need a new lock.. lock your self out or just need a key cut.. Let me begin by saying that I can't believe that these guys don't have four thousand excellent reviews on Yelp. I left a key outside for a friend and the key disappeared. Immediately I got scared, thinking some thieves had stolen the key. I had a super busy day, and figured I'd just call Hayden and let them come save me. But the gentleman I spoke to said that I could choose to pay $85 for a house call, or $10 to have the lock re-keyed if I could remove the lock and bring it to them. I said NO WAY I'm going to take a screwdriver to this lock and break it. I really need
