We had a significant water issue in two rooms of our home due to sprinklers that had been ruining nonstop against the house for days and the water had leaked in through windows. We had heard positive things about Christian Inc and I decided to give them a call on s Saturday afternoon just trying to leave a message for Monday and not expecting to hear from them until the first of the week. Dave came out the day after I contacted him. He gave me a quick assessment and responded to any questions I had that came up while the work was being done. I was under a deadline for a house closing, and I appreciate their getting things completed as quickly as they could. Their work passed inspection - no problems- I highly recommend this company!

I was seeking mold inspection for my home. David was very thorough in his inspection, and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of mold. He put my concerns at ease by sharing his findings and recommendations. Luckily, as it turned out, I didn't have a major emergency at that time, but he did give me some great recommendations and tips. There was no pressure whatsoever on any kind of sale, just recommendations, and to call him if I would like when I was ready. Mold and Radon mitigation were the services called upon to correct. Was told 2 weeks to complete: it took 5 weeks. The worker bees were not supervised or loosely supervised at best. Completed work was somewhat shoddy; missed locations within the house were obviously not wiped down as promised. Trash was left throughout the house uncollected and dropped on the surface when last used by the individual. Personal property went missing, although items were nothing of real value. Damage to personal property occurred.
We mentioned all this to David, but only the damage was addressed.

Amazing experience with this company for Air Duct and dryer vent cleaning. Very friendly service. Kala and Joseph were very knowledgeable about the cleaning. Highly ethical and qualified with excellent qualifications in a field where those qualities are not common. His entire team used good judgement in determining the best remedy for my case. They were on time and completely business-like for three days and produced perfect quality air.

David Burnette and his crew did an outstanding job when we had water damage throughout the the downstairs of our home. They were able to come out within hours of our call. I am so glad I used him as our contractor throughout the entire process - not just dealing with the water but all the restoration as well. They were completely reliable, returned calls quickly, gave excellent advice and were very patient. His experience was invaluable. I haven't had to use their services myself but wouldin an instant; and I recommend them every chance I get, based on personal knowledge and interactions. They are the most honest, considerate, and professional people - the kind I like to do business with that are hard to find these days. I find it concerning that a post gave them a 1 that had nothing to do with their work, and that the person works for a competitor. I am not lying in my review, nor am I related or an employee. I have nothing personal to gain from my opinion; just felt they deserved a fair reciprocation in this case.
