Kathy's customer service was amazing! She assisted me with identifying the type of beetle I was looking to exterminate. She went over and beyond to make sure we knew what we were dealing with. The service guy (Keith) was on time, professional, and helpful with sharing what to expect and what to do going forward. I hope I don't need this service again but if I do, The Bug Guy will be the first people I call. Thank you!

They were very nice and fit us in quickly! The tech, Keith, was friendly and easy to talk to! There was NO judgement and did not make us feel horrible and like bad people for having flies! They also did NOT make us feel stupid for asking questions! Great people and great service!! Highly recommend!!!

From the very first call to The Bug Guy I knew I found the right place! Kathy was so friendly and explained everything to me in great detail. I was concerned that the job wouldn’t be done in time for closing on my house but she reassured me they will do everything they can to get it done on time for me! The day of the treatment several men showed up and all introduced themselves to me and were all so happy and kind. When the owner got there he introduced himself and told me a bit about the company and how happy he was I chose them!! So kind!!!!! Every single employee I dealt with at The Bug Guy
