Had a pool and spa built by Backyard Luxuries. We were so impressed, we had them do all the landscaping. They continued to impress so we had them do an outdoor kitchen. We had a wonderful experience designing and building our pool with Backyard Luxuries! They were extremely responsive to our initial request for a consultation - arriving the next day to give us an idea of cost and timing. They were very transparent with us as we went through the process of design with Gary and then kept us in the loop with every step of construction as we started working with Cisco the Project Manager. Zack, the owner has an amazing team and stepped in whenever needed to answer questions or provide guidance. The whole experience was enjoyable for us and fun to watch everything

Zach made a unilateral decision to change the agreed upon design of the project. The patio slopes towards the house and when it rains, water pools at our foundation. He refuses to take any responsibility for this issue (redo the concrete pour or refund our money). I’m not sure what happened to my first review but it’s no longer available here so I’m posting another one.

Zach and his team built our dream backyard escape! They came in on budget with no hidden costs, AND they beat out five other bids from other highly rated pool builders in the area. The build went so fast and we were swimming weeks before we expected to. Even now, months after our pool has been finished, Zach is sending his guys out to fix a little problem spot in our yard. Not only does he build a gorgeous pool, he stands behind his work! We couldn't be happier, thank you backyard luxuries!!!

Backyard Luxuries completed my pool a year ago. I waited a year to write a review to completely evaluate them on the entire pool building experience from the bid, to how it held up through the year. I have had 2 pools built by Backyard Luxuries. They are a family owned business that treats their customers just like family. We also have numerous friends that chose to use backyard Luxuries.
