Great customer service. Hector and Jordan were incredible. Jordan did an A+ job on my building's HVAC units but somehow he was overshadows by Hector who was able to fix an electric issue that my building had been having for years and he did it in under 15 minutes. The problem was a mystery to three other electricians that I had previously worked with and yet Hector made it look easy. 5 stars

I had Rocky Mountain come out to investigate some power issues with outlets in my home. Come to find out we had faulty wiring causing arcing of wires in my attic. My remodeled home was not properly wired and posed a huge fire risk.
We were looking at a full re-wire of the home and action had to be taken right then given the fire risk. Jamin assured me home owner's insurance would help me with the cost of the repairs. Jamin Pollack is a crook, a liar a just a plain loser. He lies to customers upselling them on stuff they don't need. He trains employees to be dishonest. Screws over everyone in his path. I did solid work for them and he refused to pay me my last check when I left. All the good reviews are bought. He had left many employees without pay after they busted their tail for him. I am a veteran and pride myself on integrity. I don't know how that man sleeps at night. My co worker a single father with 2 children was left without 2 weeks of pay as well. This company was brought in by my HVAC installers to install breakers for a new furnace and AC unit. Ben was knowledgeable and did a pretty good job. His assistant left a mess in our garage.
The HVAC company said they were way OVERPRICED compared to other companies they work with.
They called me while the job was still in process and said they would give me a rebate if I wrote a review for them. I wrote the review.
They called me to ask about the review, and they said I would still get the rebate. They haven't responded to emails inquiring about the rebate.

Do not use this company! I had the worse experience with them. First, they did not complete the job they were paid to do. I made several appointments to have them come out and complete it but they never showed up. On a random day, an electrician showed up at my house to look over things. 3 hours later, we lost power to multiple outlets and lights. He had no idea what he messed up and couldn't fix the problem. With a bad attitude he said he would be back the next day. However, he never showed up and I had to pay another company fix his mistakes and complete the original job. Save yourself the

Do not use Jamin Pollack owner of Rocky Mountain Electric DBA USA Services. Hired them in 2016 to update electrical panels on a duplex. Sent unlicensed electricians, did not pull a permit or complete the work yet they pulled the money off my credit card. Over 8k. They have been fined by DORA for this. Filed in Jefferson county to get restitution. Agreed to mediation. They failed to comply with that order. Sent unlicensed electricians to the house again, did not have workers comp until the day of the work. Never touched the other home. Failed inspection and Xcel threatened to turn the power off
