Christmas miracle! We were trying to move by Christmas but got the keys on Dec 22. The painters met us there that morning and knocked out a four bedroom, stair hallway, and lift area in 1 1/2 days so we had time to move in! I couldn't be more impressed with Bernardo's Painting! Bernardo came over to give a quote on an exterior paint job for my house and it was pretty reasonable. He was very through and honest in his evaluation of my house and the job that needed to be done. We are extremely pleased with the new look of our Mililani Mauka home. Kudos to Bernardo's painting crew. His guys were professional, polite and very neat. In addition to a beautiful paint job, they repaired some water damaged trim and some cracks by our front door. Bernie's color guidance prior to starting the job proved to be especially valuable to us. When the job was finished, Bernie came back and did a careful inspection. He found a couple of very minor spots he wanted touched up. His lead painter, Esmo, returned this morning and touched up spots we would have never noticed. We highly recommend

Bernardo's company is the ultimate in professional service. We have used them several times for various projects over the years, but the most recent project was extensive, and they came through again.
Bernardo's estimate process was very thorough - complete with photographs - and he was always available to answer questions.

I did not hire Bernardo. He reviewed the pictures of the work I needed and called me. He began asking so many questions about my life unrelated to the work needed to be done. He said it was because he wanted to find a "good fit" with the painter and client. I thought it was unnecessary and just wasted my time. I don't know how he is as a painter but his online estimation process was very poor.

This is long overdue. Mid pandemic, we realized that we needed to paint over some long exposed wood repairs on our house. We found Bernardo's on Yelp. Bernardo came to the house. For our quote, we wanted his team to paint only the 2nd story, as we had taken care of the ground floor. His estimate was more expensive than some others, but because of the reviews and recommendations, we chose his company. We were not disappointed. They were not the lowest estimate, but the reason I chose them was that Bernardo took the time to walk around the house with me and we went over all of my concerns. I should mention that I was so caught up with other maintenance projects that before I new it 13 years had passed since the last paint job. We hired Bernardo's team to paint our old tile ceilings last month and we couldn't be happier! First, Bernardo came by and ran through the work with us - once we accepted his estimate, they started shortly afterwards. They did a great job taping things off to keep them clean. Then, they went ahead and cleaned and patched the ceiling, making sure that there would be no imperfections in the coat. After the work was done, Bernardo and his team came by to clean up and you couldn't even tell anyone had been there. Except for the brand-new looking ceiling, of course!

***UPDATE: Job to paint interior with accent wall and my garage was completed in 2 days. Preston and Gary came to do the job and they were very personable and professional. I am moving into a new home and they left no mess behind which was a plus! Preston did a final walk through with me and I didn't find anything wrong.
