Enos Design Center
Since 1896, Eno's Design Center has been providing masonry products and supplies to New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine. Now, from our expanding location in Hampton, New Hampshire, we offer a full showroom featuring top-of-the-line porcelain, travertine, and ceramic tile, veneer stone, custom marble & granite countertops, fine carpet, wood flooring, and full featured kitchen & bath products.

We are also an authorized Repel Systems distributor. Eno's Design Center is a family owned and operated business and has been for over 100 years. We have operated from our Hampton location since 1967. Our family's dedication to doing the job right sets us apart as the premier home improvement supplier in New England.

Originally a water-struck brick manufacturing company founded in Exeter, we have founded our reputation on quality worksmanship and dedication to our customers. With a staff of over twenty experts, you will be greeted by a person at Eno's and not a busy signal or long wait in line.
Services
Our showroom has hundreds of samples for your inspection and approval as well as hundreds of slabs in inventory to view. Our staff is well versed in the natural characteristics of stone and it's advantages. One of the newest innovations in countertops are new man made quartz slabs. This material looks great, is consistent in color, strong, and nearly impervious to everything.
Repel Systems is the light weight, easy to cut, backer board for the tile and mosaic industries that is available at Eno's Design Center. A reinforced, concrete coated, extruded polystyrene core backer material, Repel Systems is sought after by anyone looking for a backing material that is easy to handle and can be cut with simple hand tools.
Our newest department is wood flooring. We are concentrating on the common and the uncommon in this department, yet at the same time being environmentally conscious about how these products are harvested. Come see and feel the materials in person, and walk on various samples to find the perfect match for your needs.
For over 30 years we have had the premier showroom in the area for the sale of ceramic, porcelain, marble and granite floor tiles. Our 6,000 square foot showroom is clear testimony to that fact. We have highly experienced sales people and floor tile installers, and use only the best setting materials and grouts by Laticrete International.
In Kitchen and Bath we represent all the major brands and have several on display in our newly added kitchen and bathroom display area. We decided to get involved with plumbing fixtures mainly because our customers requested us to. Custom sinks that we offer include: Stainless Steel, Granite, Copper, Nickel, Porcelain, Solid Surface, Thermoformed Acrylic and more.

Enos did my granite countertops, as well as my glass backsplash. Excellent customer service. Doing my Master Bath next. Won’t go anywhere else.

I waited a few months to write this review because I was so offended by my last experience and I needed to calm down. I've had two terrible experiences with Eno's. My first negative experience was about ten years ago when they cut a granite side splash too short. They did nothing to fix the problem and were incredibly rude to me.
A few months ago I was searching for tile for my house. When I returned the samples and explained that I went with something my cousin found me that I like better (for which I found online at a much better price!), I was lectured to support local business and basically

There is something to be said for answering the phone the first time, and having your showroom open without making an appointment in advance. These guys had both- on top of great customer service and amazing tile selection.
I’m so happy I drove an extra distance to do business with Enos, they are a great company, and I’m so happy with the tile they helped me pick out for my bathroom!!

Not a scam. The customer service here is unbearable. I would honestly find someone else to answer the phone. It looks like from previous reviews I’m not the only one who wouldn’t recommend this place. Our remnant piece of marble was not only scratched in a few places but also has a couple rust spots. Not cute. My husband has already called to tell you and he continues to get blown off. He’s a builder... he will not be recommending this tile store to any of his customers.

I had a leaking shower pan. After calling many contractors, Enos were the only ones who actually showed up and provided a very reasonable quote for the repair.
They then showed up when expected and completed the work on time.
They worked with me along the way.
The whole job was completed to a very high standard.
Overall thrilled with the completed project.

Over the years, I have had several custom stone and tile purchases as well as installations from Enos. The extent of their stock, including remnants, and their in-depth knowledge of the world of stone / tile is impressive.

In my recent kitchen counter soapstone installation, Paul worked with me to identify and put aside remnants with great surface patterns. During the measurement process, "Frank I think" helped identify subtle improvements in my plan that exceeded my expectations. The installation was all handled professionally, done well, and exactly as scheduled. The end result is

As a consumer, I have never been spoken to more rudely nor with as much disrespect as I've experienced at ENO's - this after spending many many thousands of dollars at ENO's. Paul shouldn't be dealing with customers, period!!!

We took our business to Napolitano's in Lawrence. Great customer service!!!!!

A bathroom renovation requires a variety of skilled professionals to all come together – carpenter, mason, electrician, and plumber. My Eno’s experience began with Linda, who helped me pick out tile to create a contemporary bathroom with a historical feel (to preserve the period of my home). Scott then planned the renovation and seamlessly scheduled top-notch artisans within in their trade. Along with this stream of dependable, detail-oriented, and professional subcontractors, my new bathroom is simply spectacular.

Buyer Beware: This place is a scam they run a bait and switch they charge for work and then don't ever actually do the work unless you pay more.

Also, Paul who works in the shop is a scary individual one moment nice and making promises the next freaking out and threatening.

If you make the mistake of doing business with him always have someone with you as a witness. Also get any promises in writing as his word or handshake is garbage.

My husband and I are working on a DIY bathroom renovation. We had heard about Eno's great selection so went by to check it out. They do have a great selection. Unfortunately the folks we interacted with seem quite uninterested in helping customers. We stood at the main desk, where there were 2 people working, for what felt like a VERY long time before anyone acknowledged us. When one rep. finally asked if we needed help, she seemed surprised and irritated that the answer was yes. When we explained our project, it was apparently too small to warrant much effort, friendliness, or any helpful

We are more than satisfied with every aspect of our experience with Enos. Scott managed our project and explained various options to make the most of our bathroom remodel budget. When our carpenter had a question about dimensions of the shower, Scott sent someone over to talk to the carpenter and ensure the shower install would go smoothly. Brian, installed the shower and was professional, and neat. We love our new shower and highly recommend Enos.

**Note below** Before you read this review, the owner had been in a couple of times adding 5 stars and bumping up his own review 'Paul Eno'. Per policy Yelp has since removed them.

We went last year (Aug. 15) and picked out everything we wanted and said it would be a while before we ordered, she had been awesome with us. She said not to worry she'd written everything down and would hold onto our order. Showed up today about 8 mos. later after construction delays, ready to order and pay and couldn't get service. The guy behind the counter saw us approach and took off outside

Byer beware .... lovely granite .....BUT .... They are do not give out refunds on deposits even though it doesn't say on receipt & never gave me a verbal. Have all your ducks in a row before handing over any money. I'm new to this process and almost lost $2,000.00.

We were looking for a specific looking floor and wall tile. They were very helpful via email before we decided to make the drive over. The tile was perfect and we ordered two boxes that came in just a few days. Service was great! We used a credit card but I guess if you pay by cash or check you get a little discount. We would buy tile again !

My husband and I are remodeling a small bathroom and our contractor told us we need a few small accent pieces. We went to Enos to see selection of remnants and to inquire about pricing. When we walked in, the woman behind the counter was very curt with us. We had approximate sizes and told her we were unsure, and wanted a ballpark and to know what size remnant we should look at. She appeared annoyed and while writing some figures was corrected several times by a man who also worked there. The good is that they have a lot of selection, but the customer experience was very poor. She gave us

My husband & I are in the process of remodeling our home. I originally went to Enos last spring to look for floor tile for our bathroom and mudroom. They allowed me to take many different samples home to determine which tile to go with. Unfortunately we have had some unforeseen expenses in our project and we have had to put off that mudroom and bathroom at this time. We are now only focusing on our kitchen which we are having hardwood flooring placed. I decided to go back to Enos to look for kitchen backsplash as their selection is incredible. After my second trip back we had narrowed

We had just bought a house at the beach. We own 3 personal houses and have 2 rentals and a commercial building in MA. So we're constantly designing and re-designing. In the beach house we started renovations in the basement rental apartment. I called ENO's and explained in very clear detail on the phone that we needed a very small bathroom that's in horrible shape in a basement needed to be remodeled. I asked if they come out and design a entire new bathroom and then do all the work. I was told yes, that is exactly what they do. She then transferred me to the guy that would come out and do exactly
