Total Comfort Solutions, in particular Mr Owen Ming is not only a superior technician, he is extremely trustworthy, fair in price, his customer service first rate and will take the time to explain to everything you ever want to know about your heating and cooling systems. If he tells you he is going to there on that day, he will be there regardless of any issues that put him behind or what time he show up. Recently he worked on my system to after 9pm. We experience a weird smell with our HVAC system. Called our regular HVAC company and they no longer service our area, but referred me to Total Comfort Solutions. Called at 9:45am and Owen literally came at 10:15am. Unbelievable! Found out the motor was very rusted and needed to be replaced. We got an estimate of replacing the motor, or replacing the unit. In order to be pound-wise, we decided to replace the unit. Don't know if it was the best price or not, but it seemed fair since the inside and outside unit and equipment all got replaced. T C Solutions has got me out of several jams. They've fixed my AC when it went out and I was out of town. When others said I'd have to replace the whole thing, they fixed it for a 10th of the cost others said it would be. Recently they got me a good price on a new furnace during COVID when everyone else was saying they couldn't get anything from suppliers. This is a top notch team.

This review is overdue, but let me set the stage: After coming home from work on the Friday before Labor Day, we noticed that our HVAC sounded like it was straining and didn't seem to be cooling like it normally does. The unbearable GA summer heat was still in effect, so having this happening around 6PM at the beginning of a three-day holiday weekend had the household on edge, wondering how we were all going to sleep that night and hoping that we wouldn't have to go the whole weekend without A/C.
