I sincerely apologize the lengthy delay. Unfortunately when you informed us of your problem the windows were 3 years old. by then the manufacturer had redesigned the extrusions. after numerous attempts we were unable to obtain the old style sashes. glad we were finally able to fix your problem.

Called Terry for an estimate on siding my house. Along with several other contractors. He was the only one that showed up with color and siding samples. And took the time to explain the differences in siding sizes and types. His crew did a Great job. They ran into some unexpected issues ( rotten window frames ). They replaced all of the rotten wood and each day cleaned up my yard before leaving. Love the end result would definitely recommend them to everyone. Plus it comes with a Lifetime Guarantee!

Bought a front room window from em with a lifetime warranty the picture window sashes were made too small for the frame, I've been dealing with them on this since last OCTOBER 2019 here it is June 2020 with no results their workers came and measured the window nothing has been done yet about it. My next step is I guess is to get hold of my lawyer sad to say, but this has gone on long enough. ..
