What We Do Report

Colors: We give you a color chart to choose from, pick colors that you think might work & we will bring you samples painted on card-board. Color charts are deceiving, the color often looks lighter once its on the wall. The first four samples are free, there-after it is $10 per sample. The standard sheen for exteriors is flat, while doors & windows are usually semi-gloss.

Behind the Brush Report

Originally from Northern California, Eric Ortlieb has been painting for over 20 years, he started while still in College at Fort Lewis in Durango, CO. Eric has painted in various locations including his hometown of Redding, Colorado, Santa Cruz, Kauai and of course in Southern California. He ran a very successful painting business, Perfect Painting, and sold it when he returned to Redding in 2013.

Contradict was responsive to our needs, showed up on time, worked hard, did a great job , finished when he said he would and cleaned up super good. If you need painting done call Inspire Painting, very reasonable as well!

Eric , Lalo and their crew are the best contractors I ever had the opportunity to hire. They were super friendly to work with, overall craftsmanship was fantastic at a price point nobody else would come close.
They were able to do several extra things at no extra cost which overall makes them stand out way above the rest of all painters I had dealt with before.

Eric and his crew did a spectacular job! We were very impressed with their work ethics, demeanor and friendliness. They are willing to work with us each step of the way. We are extremely happy with their conscientious work. Showed up each day at least 20 minutes before 7AM. I insisted that they start working at 8AM so on that day they started out at o800AM. Day 2, he was here to start the job at 7AM and so for the rest of the week. I guess he knows what works well for him and his crew. Spectacular experience with this group and I highly testify to their work. Definitely recommend them

Eric and his team were very friendly and professional. It was our first time getting our house painted as homeowners, but Eric took the time to explain the work and the cost associated with that work.

His team had our house basically done in 3.5 days, with a day or so of touch up work. Everything (EVERYTHING!) looks great, we are very pleased with his work.

Couldn't recommend Inspire more. Also, very competitive on price, with some additional work thrown in for free without us asking.

Eric has great energy and a huge smile on his face all day long even after 10 hours of long hard work. He is highly energetic an amazing worker. He makes painting a house look easy. He and one other guy sanded the house for two days and got all the wood cleaned, stripped, sanded and ready for paint. Eric and his coworker were there before 7:00 A.M waiting to get started. The house looks fabulous! I highly recommend Eric and his Inspire painting crew!

We had Eric and his crew paint the exterior of our single story house and a pool fence.
It took about 3 days. Couldn't believe how fast the work was done, and in the end it was gorgeous. We are very happy with the results.
Eric's quote was reasonable compared to the other bids we got. He was easy to get a hold of before and during the project. He didn't even blink when we threw some curve balls his way for changes we wanted after the painting started.

We love Eric and Inspire Painting! In the summer of 2018 in the midst an interior remodel we also decided to paint the exterior of our 2 story home and Eric at Inspire Painting was highly recommended. After looking at proposals from Precision and a few others in the community we decided to go with Eric and it was the best decision we could have made. He came out and looked at the house, gave us a very reasonable estimate, made some recommendations and as soon as we picked the colors he was off like a rocket.
