Dulworth Septic Services

Dulworth is the best septic service hands-down! I tried multiple companies, and Dulworth is the only one we've stuck with for years now! They are responsive, unlike other companies who don't even show up. We had one company leave the lid unscrewed, so when it rained heavily the 3rd tank filled up with water, our pump couldn't keep up and burned out the motor. Dulworth has bullet proofed our problematic system, making it nearly trouble-free for years now! They make great suggestions to improve your system too; I.E. Bleach Chlorinator, a junction box inside the third pipe, uncovering the first tank

We had a really good experience with Dulworth Septic Service when our septic pump went out. They were prompt and able to come out asap, and had the parts on the truck!! We were back up and running in no time!

The young lady I talked to on the phone was so nice and helpful. The technician that came out was very friendly and did a wonderful job. He made sure I was happy with the service and answered any questions that I had. He told me to call them if I had any more questions or needed anything else. I was so happy with the service. I highly recommend them. And it didn't cost me a fortune either.

I have had an annual septic system contract with DULWORTH for a few years. Recently they had to run a new pipe & diffuser from the new aerator to the tank. All the employees-both field & office are great to deal with. My daughter also has annual septic contract with them. I highly recommend this company.

Dulworth has the absolute best staff! They did my initial “show & tell” and were wonderful at thoroughly explaining everything to us! They have been out for all the scheduled inspections and yesterday replaced our Aerator. Service has been consistently fast, professional, informative, and timely. Plus these people are soooo friendly which goes a long way in my book!

Called at opening & had a service man out by noon. Text was sent to me stating he was on the way which allowed time for me to run home from work.
Tech was knowledgeable ,polite & had issue figured out in a few minutes of arrival.
Tech had all materials & parts to get me back in service.
Owner even gave me some tablets for my system.
Good company with good employees & plan to stay with them.

The guys
that have come out are friendly but the office staff is rude. Their prices for repairs are ridiculous. They charge 100% of the wholesale price. My aerator went out and I was told I had to replace the whole thing. They were charging me 350-600 to get a used or new one. When all it needed was to be rebuilt. I did that for 98.00. The charge to clean out the septic was 450 and I got it done for 325 through another company. Now I’m having to deal with the city of Kaufman because I rebuilt my own aerator. Excelling customer service and very prompt with responding. They came out to look at our septic system we are planning to have our sprayers moved and they have developed a plan we believe will work. I will update once the job is completed!!

Do not use Dulworth Septic for your septic maintenance contract. They lure you in with a $100 price ($150 is the norm) and then report to the county that your septic system is inoperable (without ever notifying me). They know you will call for an inspection (and get charged $75) since the county wants to fine you about $280. I'm sure this is just one of their many scams. Apparently their unethical tactics are well known by other septic companies and the county. I terminated my contract with them before it was up for renewal and went back with Crow Septic who has honestly serviced my system

OK, I had to be the first to review this GREAT company. After dealing with numerous irresponsible septic companies who take your money, and never show up, or break things during their visit.... Dulworth is a breath of fresh air.. which is funny, considering the 'material' they deal with :)

Dulworth Septic services has been the ONLY septic company we have stuck with year-after-year! I renew with confidence knowing I have found the best septic company out there. Their downright honest approach to any question or problem is refreshing. They are as honest and honest can be, great personal
