My wife and I had a fantastic experience at Sunvertibles. This was my first dealership car buying experience and they made everything simple and quick. CJ Jackson was the sales rep who showed us their inventory. He is rather quirky but in a very likeable way that leaves you comfortable. He is also very knowledgeable. Brandon, who I believe is the finance manager (could be wrong), assisted in the paperwork aspect of the purchase. He was extremely personable and friendly. My wife and I never once felt pressured to purchase anything that day.

Purchased an excellent 2005 Chrysler Crossfire SRT-6 with only 25,000 original miles yesterday (30 Dec 2021) from John, CJ, and Brandon at SunVertibles. Shopping online was easy on their website and affiliate car sales sites that list their hand selected GEMS. I recommend going to see them in person if able because their showroom and lot hold MANY beautifully prepared cars that you just have to see. I found them online, and flew in from another state. Uber picked me up at the Nashville Airport and $46 and 25 minutes later I was standing in front of my new to me car. Great communication, no pressure

I just purchased my second BMW Z4 from them and love it. Both times were easy car buying experiences. This time I worked with CJ Jackson and I can't tell you how amazing he was to deal with. He knows his stuff and is very responsive to my many questions. The finance department was very easy to deal with and the they have the process down to get you in and out. Brandon explained everything and was amazing to deal with. I would HIGHLY recommend going to see them at Sunvertibles and you will definitely see what I see....

We were visiting this place to test drive a vehicle we were interested in and was glad to not be attacked immediately by salesman. We met Christopher Jackson and test drive the first car, tested a second one in our price range and purchased the second car. I traded in a vehicle for one of their 5 star vehicles and it was the best experience I could’ve had. A little sad to see my jeep go but Chase made the trade-in so easy and I left in the most incredible suv! The owners are great this place is great. Worst experience ever. Sales completely unfamiliar with their inventory. Took test drive, arranged financing but when I went to pick up car, the "hands free" option was really not hands free. I was told by Brandon that Mercedes is responsible for giving them the options on the car & they were only responsible for a brief description of the vehicle on the first page of their website. Said I should call Mercedes. Two days of my life I'll never get back.

If you have the option to buy a new car somewhere else I strongly suggest it. My salesperson Caleb could not have seemed less interested in selling me a car. After my first visit I felt that they would rather me leave than buy a car from there. If the car I wanted was available somewhere else I would have left and never looked back, I wasn't so lucky. Not to mention 7 days after I purchased the car the check engine light came on. Caleb told me to come by and they would see what was going on and fix it on site or at a shop they work with in Nashville. After driving 45 minutes, upon arrival

They stock really nice used cars--not junk. The buying experience is pretty easy--you don't go back and forth like the big places and it's low pressure. Most stuff seems to have a 3-month warranty so there's a little peace of mind when you leave the lot you're not getting a lemon. We've bought two cars--yet neither of them convertibles!

BUYER BEWARE - We purchased a 2009 VW Tiguan from Sunvertible for our daughter, who was going away to college. After putting less than 6,000 miles on the vehicle, we've had to have numerous major mechanical and electronic repairs done, totaling nearly 50% of the original purchase price. The brakes also need to be replaced. Either Sunvertible employs a sub-par used-car inspection process prior to putting a vehicle on their lot or they knowingly sell vehicles with major problems. Sunvertible takes no responsibility...in fact, they've shifted all blame to the mechanic who did the repairs

So, I see another reviewer had this issue with Brien. She's in her mid twenties and I'm 39, so apparently he's just straight up sexist and age is less relevant to this arrogant old white dude. I came in with every intention of buying an Eos on the spot, in cash. He couldn't have been less interested in selling me a car - didn't offer any information, test drive, didn't even take my information. They had three in stock and all were priced well over book value - his explanation was that they were hard tops and those always go over book. Ummm...no, no they don't

Went there a few months ago to look at a BMW convertible. First let me say that they do have some nice cars for sale, but the "car buying experience" here is the typical one. They will tell you all the things wrong with your trade in and give you a lowball for it while not budging on the price of their car. Seemed like they could care less whether they made a deal or not. Not saying they're bad, but just know what to expect when you go there.

The worst car shopping experience I've ever had. My friend and I (both women in our mid-twenties) went to Sunvertibles to check out a car they had for sale. My friend was interested in purchasing a Toyota RAV4, and she brought me along for support. From the moment we walked in, Brien talked down to us as though we as young women could not possibly know what to look for when buying a car. Ended up not getting my car from here because they did not have one with the feature we needed but the sale people were very nice the lot was clean and the prices were all clearly marked on the vehicles. we test drove a few cars by ourselves as long as we wanted and were never pressured. wish we could have bought from here. will go back
