As you are aware, your company was referred to us by Lloveras, Baur & Stevens to do drainage, swale grading, installation of drainage piping, etc. and subsequently hired by the Board to do the work. In addition as the original work was nearing completion we added two additional areas that needed drainage work.

This sad excuse for a construction company has being doing the roads in lake shore estates for almost a year now (keep in mind it’s less than 2 miles of road) they are slow, they only work 2-3 days a week, and they haven’t done anything to stop the dust. The roads are torn up and huge potholes have occurred in the torn up road and they won’t do anything about it. The neighborhood association is gathering people to go to the county against them. See you in court tomorrow rob fornwalt.

In my personal opinion ; and under my first amendment.
Would love to show you the video of the contractor threatening me... Just ask!!
Contractors illegally let wastewater dump and to intercoastal waterway!
Contractors refused to use silt barrier for protection , to keep debris from washing into waterways.....
Employee threatened to punch me in the teeth and to mind my own business when I asked about Silt barrier!
I have video and a recording of the whole thing.........
All statements are made under my first amendment right!!!
