As you are aware, your company was referred to us by Lloveras, Baur & Stevens to do drainage, swale grading, installation of drainage piping, etc. and subsequently hired by the Board to do the work. In addition as the original work was nearing completion we added two additional areas that needed drainage work. The Board wants to commend Jon Winowiski, Supervisor, over this project, and his workmen for the excellent and professional job they did. They excelled in their work in difficult areas of space, tree roots, etc. Then they encountered our unmarked water pipes and had a break, the repairs were made in a timely fashion. Working in a residential area of senior adults can be challenging and Jon answered the resident’s questions and addressed them professionally. We would be glad to give you a referral and should we encounter a need in the future for additional work in this area we would count it a privilege to have your employees back on our property to do the work. Thank you for fitting this “smaller” project into your calendar.

Keystone Excavators worked in my neighborhood for nearly 3 years. The crew was nothing but professional and accommodating. There were times we had to wait for the trucks to move, but these guys were doing their jobs. I'm not sure what people expect when there's a huge project going on in their neighborhood. There's a review complaining about not being able to get to their home. Meanwhile, all photos they provided were in front of MY home. Keystone did a great job with the project in Lake Shore Estates. It may have taken a while to finish, but we no longer have drainage issues like before. Lake Shore would flood with a summer shower previously. Thank you, gentlemen, for your courteous and professional work.

This sad excuse for a construction company has being doing the roads in lake shore estates for almost a year now (keep in mind it’s less than 2 miles of road) they are slow, they only work 2-3 days a week, and they haven’t done anything to stop the dust. The roads are torn up and huge potholes have occurred in the torn up road and they won’t do anything about it. The neighborhood association is gathering people to go to the county against them.
