We've had this service for 3 years and would highly recommend them. They contact us bi-annually with reminders of our summer (AC) and winter (Heating) inspections.
Today, Blake arrived right on time to service our heater. He got right to work. Each time I checked in with him, he provided an update on what he was finding. Fortunately each report was positive and our system checked out perfectly. He changed the filter.
I told him about what we thought might be some baby critters (field mice?) might have been in our crawl space based on some chirping/squealing noises. He volunteer to go down

Aaron installed an Air Ranger home purification system. He was professional, courteous, and answered all my questions. He modeled how to change the filter and was patient while I followed his instructions. Very impressed with TSS Home Comfort!

This company absolutely came through for us when a practically new AC unit stopped cooling during a brutal heat wave. The unit was from another company who could not help us with the problem for over two weeks! Aaron came out the same day I called and saved a couple of senior citizens who were feeling sick from the heat. Vary impressed with their prompt attention and they will be our new service provider!

Aaron came out the same day we called for our AC not working. He was extremely thorough in figuring out what the issue could be. Rather than charge us hundreds for what it “might” be that caused the issue, he offered suggestions for things we could try first. He was very helpful and kind. He interacted with my pup and my 7 month old and made me feel very comfortable while he worked on the AC. We’ll definitely be using him in the future!

I called on Friday evening after visiting their website because my heater was not working properly. Every step was perfect. Matthew was very professional, explained everything, and repaired it quickly. The cost was very reasonable and it now works great! I definitely recommend this company.

I had the best experience with this company. They were through and found things that needing fixing that other companies had missed in the past. It was like having a Furnace Dr. at my service who really knew what they were doing. I had a check up and fix up that left me feeling grateful and satisfied. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants a company they can trust and will do a great job for them, and then some. The maintenance agreement for the first time made me feel like they were doing a job that would protect me from having future problems and would keep my system working

It is cold and will be getting down way below freezing tonight. At 2:30 PM I discover my furnace had quit (its 19 years old). Called 1 hour. They kept me informed and sent Matt out who arrived and diagnosed a bad control board right away. He ran for parts before the parts house closed, returned and installed the new board. By 5:30 my house is nice and warm again. The labor cost was reasonable and the technician was very knowledgeable with great customer service skills.
