Bill and his team were a pleasure to work with! What a set of great guys that I felt very comfortable leaving the key to my home and who's advice I trusted. Did a great job handling water damage from my windows and went above and beyond to offer even more services free of charge to make sure the environment was perfect for my infant and I. They left drying fans and Hepa filters with me free of charge to help with air quality. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and am still in touch with them as they are helping me work with the insurance company...who I wish was as easy to work with as AAA!

Bill Sinnamon and his team did a terrific job of isolating the problem, pursuing it to its source, diagnosing the issue and executing the restoration plan. It involved stripping and replacing dry wall, repainting a ceiling as large as the footprint of the entire house, repairing the leak from the air conditioner and cleaning/removing any mold from the A/C unit - all of which was done in such a way that the house was cleaner each day than it was before he began the day's work. Cleanup during and at the end of the job was done just as one's mother would have done it. I can't speak highly enough of

We experienced black mold during our inspection of selling our home in key largo. We had been renting the home for the past two years and no tenants had told us about the visible mold.
