Our carpets have not looked this good since they were newly installed. Their attention to detail was impressive and concern that we were completely satisfied is a commodity that is hard to find. Not until you use this product can you truly appreciate the name of the product, because it is truly what you EXPECT but rarely find.
We rarely see carpets this difficult in homes but these can be fairly commonplace among rentals. Here are two carpets on different properties that demonstrate what a little low moisture muscle can produce. Both carpets suffered from similar types of high traffic wear that was the result of walking off of the parking lot directly onto the carpet.

If you need carpet cleaning in Roanoke and surrounding areas, Mike is the man to call. He was more than professional to work with from the day I called to set up my appointment. The day of the appointment was no different. He was on time and took the time to assess the carpet and go over everything with me. Came and cleaned carpet in basement. I choose small businesses because as i have a small business they were nice and did there best. Carpet looks very clean as this is a new home and believe people in past had dogs. They came once and did great because there was small traces of urine left they came back and deep, deep cleaned target areas for our family. And now carpet is dry and smells great! Showed up on time, did a great job. Cleaned a chair and a small couch and several rooms. We got infested with 6 mice that made one big mess. This company cleaned it up and took all the smells and nastiness away. Very friendly and courteous. There is a reason this carpet service is highly rated. Trustworthy. Conscientious. Considerate. Diligent. Caring. Excellent. Reasonable. And we could list more descriptions to honor and appreciate the personal integrity and the relational concern and the occupational skill we witnessed in having our carpet relaid and cleaned after mild flooding damage. Mike was helpful with advice on what to do from the day of flooding to the day he showed up to stretch, tuck and repair the carpet before then cleaning it.
