I have been in the building maintenance and janitorial business since 1994. I've decided to utilize all of my experience and expertise in order to better serve the commercial clients of Honolulu and the island of Oahu, hence creating Local Building Services. Our mission is to provide a dependable cleaning service with high standards customized to meet and exceed your needs and expectations.
Many of our customers have been referred by word of mouth, and they have come to us looking for better cleaning services. They have had the experience of paying for office cleaning and not getting what was proposed. At Local Building Services, as the owner, I make sure that each employee is thoroughly trained, and background checked, and held accountable for their working areas in order to keep our quality of work consistent.
