Grindstone Construction Services, Inc., located in Buffalo, MN, is a full service Commercial construction Services Company. Fritz started in the construction industry working for his father in his family's construction business. After serving in the 82nd Airborne division during Desert Storm, he partnered with his father and together they ran a successful residential construction company.
The size of your project or the type of building you need doesn't matter, prefabricated steel buildings save you time and money without sacrificing quality, strength or durability. Steel buildings go up faster and require less manpower to erect than wood frame buildings, saving you on labor costs. Since it is a manufactured product, there is less waste compared to traditional construction, so you save on material costs.

Fritz Budig and the team from Grindstone Construction approached our build with the utmost in professionalism. Through the entire project duration Fritz and his team remained on, or ahead of, schedule even accommodating for multiple change- orders and plan revisions. Fritz and his Project Manager worked with all of the sub-contractors to produce a virtually seamless transition from contractor to contractor as it related to the "chronological map" for completion.
