My husband and I moved into our new Cantrell Development home last August and are very pleased. His attention to detail and quality construction is great! Because he is so busy, it sometimes takes a bit to get his subs scheduled for pick-up work, but he does get the job done. We are very pleased with our Cantrell Development home. The workmanship for the price is superb.

If you are thinking about building a home..... research your builders! We thought we did enough research, but apparently we were wrong.
****We WOULD NOT go with Cantrell Development again!!!
Cantrell builds beautiful homes, HOWEVER, good luck if you have anything wrong. It has been a huge stress and headache to get things fixed that aren't right. We have even had to go through the ROC on a couple major issues, because John would not correct the problem..... and the ROC was 100% in our favor. Over two years later, we STILL have problems. We have put in requests, sent pictures, asked, reminded
