Just got my carpets cleaned yesterday in my apt. 100% satisfied. Big John beasted out a heavily soiled carped of two years and made it look great.. worth every penny. Even did an amazing job on the Lino I have by the front door, that thing was pretty bad and now it looks awesome. Definitely now my go to carpet/floor cleaner..
