Sorry, the majority of the people aren’t calling you to get a price. Are your prices really so high you’re afraid to post them like all the other dealers? You should fire whoever came up with this idea. People want simple, not more hoops to jump through when everyone else is easier, guess where people will shop and buy?

Brought my car to get a recall fixed left my car there but when I returned my paperwork wasn’t done but the car was finished. Then Christi was going to get smart about me not letting her know that I left. It was none of her business if I left once my car was finished my paperwork should have been finished period. The extra mouth to a customer was unnecessary then continued to talk to other coworkers about the situation instead of just sorry for the delay

I had a lemon that I purchased from another dealership that they was unable to fix it. Called Nissan of Clinton and told them of my situation. They asked for my information and called me back to come in. I didn't think it was possible since I only had the lemon for almost a year; but they worked their magic. I drove off with a new 2021 Nissan Rogue.

Went to carmax earlier in the day and just felt like a number. I ran into a roadblock with purchasing. I was told to come back when I had it figured out. I recently got separated and had to trade in both my spouse’s vehicle and my vehicle for a new truck. The whole reason for having to buy a new truck was not an ideal situation. I had sent an online message through Nissan of Clinton’s website asking if it was even possible to trade in two vehicles for one. Nissan of Clinton was prompt in calling me to let me know if that was even an option.
I arrived at Nissan the next day and was not harassed or pressured to purchase a new vehicle. My sales associate was Michael Morris and he was patient in assisting me with buying a new truck. I feel he worked

I just purchased a vehicle from them and it was so easy. John Sadler brought it to me at work for me to test drive. That was so convenient! Nate was awesome too! I was scheduled with Nissan of Clinton to bring my car in for a recall and was not notified that they closed due to inclement weather. I drove from Dunn,Nc which is a 46 minute drive to find they were close. I understand that it was due to the weather and they want to insure there employees are safe but what about the customers. They could have placed some type of notification on their website, placed an announcement on there voicemail for those who would have called or at least contacted the customers that were scheduled to reschedule. I'm sure they did not have that many people on their

We drove over an hour to see our car salesman... I know everyone thinks care salesmen aren't honest BUT Bruce Walls Jr and all of the sales professionals at Nissan of Clinton are just that, PROFESSIONAL! They are also courteous, fair and customer service oriented... All with a family atmosphere.
