Services
Pitlik & Wick produces asphalt at several plants throughout Northern Wisconsin. Our dedicated engineers, estimators, and road crews have the knowledge and resources necessary to meet your project goals. Our company is a leader in the industry and provides hot mix, warm mix, and cold mix asphalt for various customers.
Once your driveway is paved, the best way to keep it looking like new and last longer is with proper pavement maintenance! Not maintaining your pavement in the short term will cost you in the long run. The chart to the left show's how important maintenance is to your pavement. Pitlik and Wick's crews have the experience and ability to satisfy all of your pavement maintenance needs.
Pulverizing (also known as "reclaiming") is the process of grinding up the entire depth of the asphalt layers and a portion of the underlying aggregate base. This new mix is then graded and compacted, upon which a new asphalt surface will be placed. The pulverized asphalt is recycled in place, essentially eliminating the need and expense of hauling the material away for further processing.
Pitlik & Wick operates multiple crushing plants throughout Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. We provide DOT certified crushed aggregate base course, ready mix concrete aggregates, hot mix asphalt aggregates, and many other construction materials. We also take delivery of old asphalt and concrete at numerous sites for future recycling.
Pitlik & Wick is more than just an asphalt paving contractor. We are highly diversified and perform excavating work from small residential projects all the way up to mass excavating projects such as an athletic field complex or highway projects. We are also the areas premier installer of culvert pipes; taking care of everything from the state DNR permitting process to installation and final erosion control.

I have tried for three weeks to have them come to my house to examine a defective seal coating job done is 2016. The coating is peeling of in large dinner plate chunks. I have repeatedly called them and they always say someone will get back to you. I have referred many clients to them, and some them are having the same problem. This company used to be customer oriented. Not anymore. Perhaps a younger generation of Pitliks has taken over and does not have the same customer oriented ethic as their parents did. If there was a minus star rating, I would give it to them.

Makesure you have paper proof! Their employee PAT will say one thing on the phone to you and another on paper. We had a mix up and it all seemed sorted out until we go our bill an it’s not what PAT and I agreed on over the phone. I would never trust a company that allows it’s employees to twist things on people. Never even signed a contract either.

I would give a zero star but it's not an option. They are unsafe! I was over 300 feet behind one of their loaded trucks and noticed no screen over their load, so I passed on the straight away so as not to damage my vent. My efforts were denied as I came up on the left of the truck several rocks from the load struck my windshield. They refused to accept responsibility!
