I attempted to use this company for a kitchen remodel. I scheduled an initial appointment over the phone to which they were suppose to come to my residence and take measurements. They never showed up for the appointment and I attempted to call the business on multiple occasions and never received an answer or a call back. I would not recommend this business.

Gary is the awesome person that has been helping us along this journey! He gave us estimates, he gave great opinions on tile and countertop choices! Saved us money with a military discount. Remodeling can be very difficult. We purchased a home that really needed a complete make over- Kitchen, baths, entry way. Anthony took a challenging kitchen configuration and came up with an amazing solution. He is very analytical and at the same time an amazing designer. Anthony skillfully walks you through all your choices. It can be over whelming but you don't even realize that you have picked out tile, flooring, cabinets, countertops for a whole house when he helps and guides you. We can't say enough about Anthony. He is very talented.

Set up an appointment for an estimate to remodel kitchen. They never showed and never called back. I called them to see why they missed the appointment and never got a call back. I meet a lot of people who ask me for contractor recommendations. These people are off my list.

What can i say other than wow! The professionalism, the kindness, and the willingness to do and overcome anything was absolutely amazing. I had 3 bathrooms tiled and they look absolutely amazing. From start to finish these guys worked diligently and kept me updated with everything as it happened. Butch and Mike were an awesome pair to have on a job site. They really do give everything they have and so much more. Anthony and Darryl were always quick and easy to get ahold of. Both of them were extremely friendly and ready to field any question i had for them. I've seen mixed reviews on here but honestly

This is a great one stop shop , they are a A to Z company, very informative on products they use.you will be treated like family from beginning to end of your project is completed, I also would like to say, the design team is great, but the team of installers they have ( no sub contractors) are amazing, they really care about every little detail. Just had our hardwood installed and it looks beautiful. They were also finished in 3 day. My complaint is the amount of extra wood left over. 13 boxes of wood for a 3 box job . According to the contract, we can only return the wood for a store credit, or we can just keep the wood. The store gave some story about how the guy in charge was short 7… boxes on his last job, so they ordered 7 extra for this job, which somehow turned into 10 extra boxes. I guess we should have read invoice closer, but I assumed if they said they needed 13 boxes, then they needed 13 boxes. This is in no way the

Our kitchen was in desperate need of renovation and we came to you folks for assistance. Never having taken on a project like this, we depended upon you for every aspect of the job. Shannon designed an absolutely beautiful kitchen with tons of storage and functionality. Darryl and the crews he assigned to do the work were amazing and easy to work… with. Minor issues which came up were addressed and solutions found without any problems. The cabinets are lovely and we absolutely love the granite countertops and backsplash. The flooring is so much better than what we had and is both lovely

From start to finish, our experience was amazing. We had an awkward area in which we wanted a bar in our basement. They came out and gave us a vision. The made the vision come to life on the computer. They helped choose colors that would compliment existing colors and the install was fast and efficient. Our room is now complete. The customer service here can't be beat. Everyone was so friendly and knew what they were talking about. Which is why I deal with locally owned and stay away from the big box stores. This process was a breeze!!!

We had SOMD Kitchen, Bath and Design do our new carpet. Their professionalism and quality of work were outstanding. We love all their staff, especially Anthony. He is very courteous and personable. Also they… fixed our dishwasher and put knobs on the kitchen cabinets. He helped us pick the perfect ones. We would recommend them to anyone looking for carpet, remolding a kitchen or bathroom.
