My husband has known and worked with Ken Rich for years. Fortunately, he is now with Caldwell Cline, a company that has made the process of designing our Myrtle Beach Brewhouse one with little to no headaches. From planning to scheduling to billing, all was handled with kindness, patience and ease.

Roger & his team helped my husband and I design and see constructed our dream home. It all started with our first initial meeting where he listened to what we we had in our minds and transferred it magically to paper. Caldwell Cline lived up to their reputation as one of the best architects in our area. He had so many creative ideas including our really cool staircase. I continue to rave about the Caldwell Cline team and refer new homeowners all the time.

We used Caldwell-Cline to design our retirement dream house.
It was a wonderful experience working with the staff. They were always very accommodating to our schedule. Roger took all the photo’s I had for each room and designed exactly what we wanted. He also came to our home on several occasions to help us design certain area’s i.e., over our fireplace in the great room and designing the outdoor fireplace. We couldn’t be happier with them. Every meeting was fun and feel there are friends.
