We are very disappointed in the install and service provided by The A/C Guys. They installed a new unit in our home last May. This is a secondary home so we are not there as often. We have had to call the company out 5 times since the install due to the unit not running properly and water backing up in the pan. On a recent trip to the home, the unit had kicked off completely and stagnant water was standing in the pan. The technician apologized and said we would not be charged for the call since we have continuously had issues, but then we ended up receiving a bill in the mail. I spoke with the

The A/C Guys installed 2 complete new Trane units in my home during an extensive remodel in 2016. They have done all the follow up maintenance and service work since then. All of their employees are top notch quality HVAC professionals and I feel that standard is set by Johnny and Robert.
Jonathan recently completed service work on one of the units that had some condensation buildup. He was very thorough and I feel went the extra effort to make sure everything worked properly and that I was completely satisfied.

I just had my air ducts cleaned by Shelley and Ken over at The AC Guys last weekend. They were just FANTASTIC! They showed me the gunk that was sitting in my air ducts for the past decade I've lived in my home and I was horrified, yet so impressed at how clean they were able to get things with their duct machine. The quote was a little higher than I expected but now I know why. They worked very hard all day long and I feel so much better breathing in all this clean air. The A/C Guys have been my HVAC contractor for years and have always done excellent work. We have a water-based, ground-loop geothermal system, and I especially appreciate it when their employees explain what they are checking and why, because it helps me better understand how the system works. A good example was this most recent work by Joel Johnson (following up from Dustin the week before). Neither one stopped moving while explaining what he was doing. Great work.

The AC guys are the best in the business! I would not trust anyone else with my air-conditioning needs! It does not matter if it’s the weekend, or a hurricanes coming, or it’s the middle of the night, they are always on point! Thanks as always to Scott, who always does an exceptional job!
