A: Septic tanks are underground reservoirs in which waste matter is decomposed through bacterial action. First, introduce bacteria additives into the septic tank regularly. In short, bacteria must be present in the septic tank in order for solid waste to be digested. Second, be sure to have your septic tank pumped out by professionals.

Colt from AAA septic just left after checking the clean out thing, digging to the tank, pumping out the tank, adding a filter, testing everything and replacing the grass...all in just over an hour. Everything is working great and you can hardly tell anything happened to the yard. He was very informative, friendly and professional. I'm glad I called this company and recommend them to anyone needing septic service.

Colt pumped out the septic system, checked to make sure none of the pipes were clogged going into the tanks and took his time not to disturb the lawn as much as he could. I was very happy with AAA service and even the woman who answered the phone was polite and helpful. I will use them again.

This appointment was scheduled ten days ahead of time at a commercial property. When we ordered the service we told lady in office to call 30 minutes prior to arrival as it is a commercial property and nobody is there. (Nobody needs to be there on our end) No call until the truck was on site and office lady and driver were not willing to wait. We told them to go ahead and complete service and she said somebody had to be there and they do not accept credit cards. The lady was very rude and did not want to be bothered.

First time ever needing to have a septic tank pumped and couldn't ask for a better experience. From the nice lady who scheduled my NEXT DAY appointment to my service tech Colt who made sure that I had no reason to call anyone else the next time I need service. Called 4 other septic companies, one didn't even answer and the other three couldn't get to me for at least 3 or 4 days. AAA Septic definitely has my vote. Thank you again Colt, keep up that wonderful attitude and demeanor you have.

On 6/4/2020 AAA came out and pump out my tank. Did not catch the man name but he explain everything he was doing , did a wonderful job.
Could hardly tell where he dug to get to the tank , I know who I going to call next time ,AAA. Oh the women on the phone the took the call was extremely nice , what a great company. Thank you.

We called them at 8 AM, and they came out same day within only a few hours. Colt was personable, efficient, and went above and beyond. He took his time to answer any questions, provide valuable information, and took it a step further to ensure everything was running properly before he left. You can't beat the price, response time, and customer service. This was our first time using AAA Septic Tank Co but they'll be our go-to company for these services moving forward :)

I'd been having issues for a few weeks with a back up in my shower. AAA quoted me, called the day before to confirm, arrived EXACTLY on time, and got the job done. Additionally, there was a clog that should have been cleared by a plumber, but AAA put the extra effort in and saved me alot of money with just a little extra elbow grease. Highly recommend.

Woke up this morning to a very full septic tank. I called them at 9am. The customer service rep informed me they were booked..but she took an extra step and found a way...Kudos and praise to her!!They squeezed me in and had Raymond here by 12. He did an excellent professional job. Very courteous and punctual. And didnt charge me an arm and a leg! Highly highly recommend this company!! Thank you for taking good care of us

Call them for septic service. Driver showed up with inferior probe to locate my septic tank. He then called the owner and he showed up 30 min later with a much better probe. Owner spend 30 min looking for my septic tank and concluded in had to be under my concrete patio. I couldnt believe it was under my patio and was devastated to hear i would have to dig it up. He then wanted to charge me 125.00 for a service call. I was reluctant but decided to pay him. He stated if I had found the tank he would credit me the money towards pumping it Next day i decided to speak with neighbors and ask where there
