We started working with PRS a few years ago and they are one of only a handful of solid, trustworthy service companies out there. Payment is always on time, we never have to call and BEG for our money, account supervisors are on top of their games and Nicole Bartolomeo has fabulous hair (and is equally as fabulous at her job). Great company to partner with.

I work for a national retailer, and PRS helps us immensely with our issues nationwide. Our account managers/coordinators Chris, Ozzy, Sunill and Amy provide us updates in a timely manner, and are professional with our store managers. They have been our advocate for pricing, and they select great sub contractors in each market. If there ever is a problem with the sub, PRS jumps on it right away and does their best to make it right. PRS does a great job for us!

We have been working with PRS for a few years now, and their service has been exceptional. The staff is friendly, professional, and prompt. The company is very efficient in processing payments. Some of our go to staff members are Ozzy, Dani, Sunill , and Dev who are very knowledgeable about the ins and out of the jobs at hand. As a vendor for PRS, we have had nothing but great experiences. The staff is professional, courteous, and responsive, specifically Kayla and Angela who we work with on a regular basis. Great experience. Was contacted about a few months ago with a honey-do list for a few locations in Manhattan. Was paid on-time and was offered to be a preferred vendor due to my rates and time turnover. Their Customer Service representatives were very nice to deal with and full of energy. I look forward to get future work orders from this company.
