We purchased a home that was built and lived in by the Butchers. One contingency of the sale was for them to install new filter cloth along the bulk head and to do it to industry standards. We havr had issues with sink holes since the purchase. When we asked them about it, they laughed in our face! They are refusing to accept any responsibility for the shoddy work. We shall see what a judge has to say!
Run in the other direction if you see these people. They have no integrity whatsoever!
