They said I needed a costly repair-$400-I hired them to do it. They used a torch on the basket and burned my carpet-they destroyed the basket because it warped from the torch-they didn't tell me they couldn't fix it-they rushed out and said they would call . They called a week later saying it was broken because it was old. They left my washer torn apart-pieces and parts everywhere-I knew they wouldn't come back the way they left a huge mess of pieces and parts. They also borrowed my vice grips--and left with them. They Burned my carpet, destroyed my washer, took my tool and now I have to go to

They never returned any of my phone calls, I had to make three trips from Rocky point to their business. I felt very uncomfortable this went on for three going on 3 weeks. I called the Wilmington Police department to see how can I pick up my window unit air condition. Which I paid $42.80 the charge to drop it off. Every single time I called the line was busy. I was on pins and needles the whole time. I couldn't find anything wrong with it. But they wouldn't let me come by to pick it up. And I had to constantly make trips

The technician who came out was very friendly and helpful. he gave us a quote for fixing the dishwasher, which was a lot of money and he didn’t recommend it. he did recommend the best kind of dishwasher to get and things to look for. he also showed me how to get the dirty water out of the bottom of the machine while we wait to get a new one.

Could not have had a better experience with getting my Wolf range light switch replaced. After too many requests for warranty repair from the appliance retailer I got ASC's number (and recommendation) from Wolf Customer Service and called. They were quick to order the parts and followed up when it took longer than expected to arrive. I had a service guy here the day after they had parts in hand and he made a twelve step dismantling of knobs and flanges and burners and stove top to access the control panel, replaced the light switch, checked the other switch for the convection fan, then reassembled

VERY unprofessional. I've had 3 different service men try to install the same part on 2 different occasions and they all couldn't get the part to a Thermador range installed properly. I visited the shop today and spoke to the owner and was literally yelled at for not being satisfied. I have never seen the owner of a business react in such a rude and unprofessional manner. I will have to take this company to court because $700+ has already been spent and I still don't have what I've paid for.

These guys are fantastic! I have a rental house in Wilmington and they took care of my stove for me from a distance.
