We asked for trimming and edging service . Our yard is patchy and uneven. This is what is acceptable to them. I texted Doug with my concerns as this was his response . “I am the owner at this point we will not charge you but we will never do any work for you again “

Doug serviced 3 of 5 properties. Work quality was good. Invoicing was a nightmare. Over the winter of 2020-2021 I asked him to improve his confusing invoicing. He never responded to my multiple emails or voicemails. I canceled my service because of his lack of response.
