Here's a kitchen where we gained an opportunity to be able to set up the entire kitchen in a spray environment while our customer was on vacation. All the doors and drawers were sprayed in a set up spray environment in their garage. This customer already had a tone of white on their cabinets but hired us to refinish it a brighter white.
Since 1973, Charter Painting pioneered the aluminum siding painting & recoating process in CT. Aluminum siding was first introduced in 1947 and quickly became very popular because of its durable and easy-to-maintain qualities. Aluminum siding became the trendy alternative to wood siding products. Aluminum siding can last for decades, however, its painted finish can become faded over the years due to the harsh effects of the sun.
Protective coatings (stain & paint) were intended to maintain your exterior wood. Proper planning and execution, from a recommended "coating system" slowed the woods "aging cycle." Any wood surface that failed to receive needed coating protecting found the beauty and wood integrity compromised. Jim Charter has known and respected his lead carpenter, James Grady, since his grade school days.

We called several painters, many didn’t return our call. Jim Charter returned my call the same day and we met the following day. He took the time to tell me about the history of his company and discussed in depth the services that they provide. I was impressed with his professionalism. When he sent me the quote it was very detailed and I liked that he gave me several options so that I was able to choose the service that best fit my budget. We have used Charter many times over many years, and always turn to them when new needs arise. We have used them for large jobs (painting the whole house) to small ones (patchwork, spackling and stucco repair, etc.) and pretty much everything in between. Most recently we have had individual rooms done, radiators and stairs repainted and more. We have never been disappointed. Not once.

Christian Charter and his colleague Justin painted the aluminum siding on our home in April. They did an incredible job, every neighbor has stopped to comment on how good our house looks. They are professional, efficient, come on time and clean up when they leave. Christian especially goes above and beyond making sure you are satisfied with their work. Was wondering whether my beat up deck was worth having restored, or just totally rebuilt. I called Charter Painting & Restoration, and had Christian come out to take a look at it. He showed up when he said he would (which is half the battle with most contractors). He took measurements and told me what it would take to get it back to looking good. The contract form was very clear and easy to read and most importantly the price was right!
