When they removed the existing deck, they made a hole in the stucco that needs immediate repair, didn't notify us or fix it, and placed the new deck over top of it. The Timber Tech was installed improperly, & nails were rusting within 2 weeks of install, and continue to do so. They permitted incorrectly, and we are unable to place a hot tub on the deck as specified by Mike- the install manager. The deck is already sinking within 1 month of "completion". The stability of the deck has been an issue since original install. They damaged a vent cover, and not only brought the wrong cover , installed

I had used Revive Remodeling after seeing the negative reviews, because they quoted me at a better price compared to other companies to redo my back patio. The Gentleman was done in 2 day's and he did an amazing job. It was well worth my money spent and i will be using them for future work. Thank you again, at Revive Remodeling!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! They took my money and ABANDONED JOB ! I hired them for a $36,000.00 job, a room addition and deck. The workmanship was horrendous, they failed inspections and the deck had to be demolished. Revive Remodeling had their license PERMANENTLY revoked in Grove City Ohio for multiple complaints of failing inspections and not completing work contracted. They took people’s money but never completed job. Revive Remodeling has been before The Columbus Board of Review several times and has had their license suspended in the City of Columbus. Please save yourself a ton of headaches and financial stress. Do not use this company!!! Mike will take your money and then the work will be started 2-3 months after he gets the signed contract! When you try to reach him, he cannot be found! He’ll avoid your phone calls and work will just sit. Then the homeowner is left with getting an attorney to sue which adds cost on top of cost. I’m speaking from personal experience. This company is NOT the one you want to do your renovations. Half the time, Mike doesn’t even get permits- which will cause the homeowner all kinds of headaches if they try

Do NOT use this company! We are now 3-1/2 months of waiting on our kitchen to be completed. Broken drawer fronts have not been replaced yet. We continue to have electrical wiring issues. Broken faceplate not replaced yet. Sink disposal doesn't work. Poor quality of cabinets and wood split during install. Workers don't show up as scheduled. Save yourself headaches and use someone else!
